FHCP Medicare Preferred Fitness

In our dedication to health and wellness, Florida Health Care Plans created the Preferred Fitness program that provides members access to 65+ fitness centers across our service areas. This unique and exciting benefit is available to all FHCP Medicare Members! Preferred Fitness will provide Medicare members the basic, standard membership at our participating partnered facilities at no additional cost. Please note that fees may apply for additional benefits that are not included in the basic, standard membership.

For specific questions or concerns, current FHCP members may call 1-833-866-6559 (TTY user should call 1-800-955-8770). From October 1 through March 31, we are open 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. local time, seven days a week, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. From April 1 through September 30, we are open 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. local time, Monday - Friday, except for major holidays.
